TeleEye Founders’ Charity Foundation Limited is a non-profit-making organization which set up in May 2016. The Foundation was established to facilitate and promote all aspects of science and technology, motivate the use of advance technology in the field of education and encourage improving the quality of our life by means of science and technology.

Vision of TeleEye Founders
The TeleEye Founders, namely Professor C K Chan, Professor C F Chan, Dr. Wallace Ma and Mr. Nevin Ho, when setting up TeleEye Group, shared their passion in transforming their academic research results done in City University of Hong Kong (CityU) into innovative products that are beneficial to the society.
After running TeleEye Group for over twenty years, the TeleEye Founders deeply appreciate the impacts of technological advancement on the economic, social and cultural aspects of society. High quality education is fundamental to advancement in science and technology. Recognizing the importance of quality education, the Founders wish to set up a charity fund for direct support to quality education in general and particularly in the scope of science and technology.
